Chem Crete - Blocking Moisture & Water Proofing is used to waterproof concrete, cement-rendering, brick work and block work. Its applications include water tanks, sealing internal basement and cellar walls against dampness, protecting concrete structures in marine environments, and coating sewage and water channels. It protects concrete and other porous building materials against the effects of freeze-thaw cycles, de-icing salt, carbon dioxide and other acid gases, dilute acids and alkalis.
Chem-Crete YUFIX CCC1000

YUFIX CCC1000 is formulated to protect dense concrete and masonry surfaces
in one application, without altering the color or textural appearance
of the surface. It effectively protects concrete, pre-cast concrete, stucco,
clay brick, slate, sandstone, limestone, granite, marble, natural or manufactured
stone and other porous construction materials. Crete YUFIX CCC1000 forms
a barrier within the substrate, protecting it from weathering. It helps
to keep surfaces clean by resisting the entrance of air-borne dirt, acid
rain, smog, industrial pollutants and most other atmospheric chemicals.
Chem-Crete YUFIX CCC1000 eliminates efflorescence, and spalling caused
by freeze/thaw cycles. .
Chem-Crete SOFIX CCC100
Chem-Crete
SOFIX CCC100 is a very viscosity liquid that penetrates deeply into a
concrete substrate to waterproof and preserve it. No surface film is formed
or color change. The Chem-Crete SofiX CCC100 moisture blocking mechanism
occurs as a result of a crystallization process that takes place within
the concrete capillaries, voids and pores. In the presence of hydrostatic
pressure or under wet conditions, the crystals absorb moisture and rapidly
swell to block concrete pores, cracks and capillaries, thus preventing
moisture penetration. Even in the absence of calcium hydroxide, (absorbent
stone substrates) Chem-Crete SofiX CCC100 still forms its moisture blocking
crystals.
Chem-Crete SOFIX CCC700

SofiX CCC700 is a heavy duty version of Chem-Crete SofiX CCC100, formulated
for use is situations where significant dampnes or water seepage exist.
Chem-Crete SOFIX CCC700 is an odorless, colorless and very low viscosity
liquid that penetrates deeply into concrete or other masonry product substrates.
It protects, preserves and waterproofs without any surface film formation
or color change. Chem-Crete SofiX CCC700 is a unique one of a kind water-based
crystallization product specifically designed to permanently block moisture
and vapor transmission.
CHEM-CRETEX® CEM600
Chem-Cretex CEM600 is a one component, crystalline capillary waterproofing
system composed of Portland cement, silica sand and many active chemicals.
In the presence of moisture, the active chemicals in Chem-Cretex penetrate
concrete and react chemically with free lime to produce insoluble crystals.
This crystalline growth reduces porosity by blocking capillaries and filling
hairline non-structural cracks up to 0.3 mm caused by shrinkage or expansion.
Chem-Cretex CEM600 concentrate can be applied as a dry powder over freshly
poured concrete surfaces or mixed with water to produce a slurry coating
for cured concrete. Where water seepage is a problem, Chem-Cretex CEM600
is effective when applied on either the negative or positive face. Chem-Cretex
CEM600 applications include retaining walls, tunnels, pipes, basements,
tree-planters, swimming pools, elevator pits, cap parks and power stations.

Chem-Crete CCC150 waterproofs interior and exterior masonry and concrete
surfaces, above and below ground level. Whilst Chem-Crete CCC150 CCC 150
is normally applied to the surface facing the water source, is strong
enough to withstand hydrostatic pressure from the internal negative pressure
side of the wall. Chem-Crete CCC 150 is Portland Cement based with an
acrylic additive. Chem-Crete CCC 150 is formulated similar to concrete
and thus becomes an integral part of the concrete substrate. It gives
a uniform color and decorative, textured finish that protects the surface
by filling and sealing pores and voids whilst allowing and substrate to
breathe. Applications of Chem-Crete CCC150 include bridges, tunnels, foundations,
basements, swimming pools, toilets, fountains, retaining walls and other
situations where water penetration occurs.
