Chem-Crete is formulated to protect dense concrete and masonry surfaces in one application, without altering the color or textural appearance of the surface. It effectively protects concrete, pre-cast concrete, stucco, clay brick, slate, sandstone, limestone, granite, marble, natural or manufactured stone and other porous construction materials.
Chem-Crete forms a barrier within the substrate, protecting it from weathering. It helps to keep surfaces clean by resisting the entrance of air-borne dirt, acid rain, smog, industrial pollutants and most other atmospheric chemicals. ASP is an ‘easy to apply’, non-coal tar product that rejuvenates, waterproofs and protects asphalt and concrete surfaces from
frost attack and damage by petrol & diesel fuel. ASP is engineered from a special blend of pre-oxidized asphalt binders that are UV
stable and rich in modified, moisture insensitive silicone-based compounds. This means that it stays black long after other products
have turn old and grey. It has extremely low viscosity and surface tension that makes it easy to spread and deep penetrating.
